I think this website could use revamping or re-doing based on this non-profit's goals and what they have to offer the community. The welcome page seems to have alot of ads but doesn't tell me what the site is about - who, what where and so on... The url palosverdes.com/pvnet/index.html is much better and easier to navigate and go from page to page. The last url palosverdes.com/ which appears to be the welcome page seems to focus on ads which has center stage. The site is confusing.
If you stumble onto the following pages initially - presentation is better - but consistency within pages is lacking.
